Project Creation
The
A CTMS Admistrator can initiate a new project. The admin specifies a project name and a description, selects a sponsor and specifies whether or the project has a central lab and IRB.
When done, the application creates a project subsite. If the project has a central IRB or lab the application will create a Project Regulatory Document Library.
If the project has a central lab then we will create blank LAB Ranges and Certificate documents.
